"User research is the foundation upon which great products are built, ensuring they solve real problems in the right way."

Research in my view is the most crucial aspect of designing anything. Through research, we ensure that our designs align with user needs and are understood by them. Continuous research is essential to maintain relevance and adapt to evolving user requirements. Over the past few years, I have focused extensively on UX research, employing techniques rooted in:

  • User-Centered Design (UCD) principles,
  • Usability testing, user interviews, and field studies,
  • Data analysis and synthesis,
  • Stakeholder communication and collaboration, and
  • Problem identification and solution development.

Some key achievements in my UX research & design include:

  1. Rent Bike Platform Optimization: Conducted usability testing to identify user pain points, resulting in a 20% reduction in cart abandonment and improved retention rates.
  2. Education Mobile Apps development: Conducted usability studies to identify key pain points in student engagement and learning experience also for teacher. Designed interactive prototypes focusing on accessibility and inclusive design, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly interface for diverse learners.
  3. SaaS Website Development: Carried out ethnographic studies and user interviews to overcome productivity barriers, improving task efficiency by 30%.
  4. Employee Training Website UX Research: Conducted comprehensive UX research for an employee training platform, identifying key pain points and opportunities to enhance user engagement.

  5. SDG-Oriented Projects: Applied human-centered design methodologies to support sustainable development goals, crafting user personas and journey maps.

  • Tools: Figma, Google Analytics, Useberry, and Miro
