UX UI Research & Design for Food Inspection Apps
2023
Developed through a Design Thinking framework, this food inspection handler app was designed to enhance food safety assessments by ensuring a seamless, user-centered experience from research to interface design.
The process began with empathizing through extensive field research, user interviews, and workflow observations to identify inspectors’ challenges in documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking. Based on these insights, problem definition was established, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility in the inspection process.
In the ideation phase, multiple solutions were explored, emphasizing intuitive navigation, real-time data input, and structured reporting tools. Prototypes were then created and subjected to iterative usability testing, refining functionality based on direct feedback from inspectors.
The final interface design ensures a streamlined experience with clear information hierarchy, intuitive interaction flows, and responsive design to support inspectors in various environments. The result is an efficient, research-driven tool that enhances food safety compliance while simplifying inspection workflows.

UX UI Research & Design for Church Web App
From 2021-2023
Developed through a research-driven and human-centered design approach, this SaaS web application was created to support church management, improve congregation engagement, and streamline administrative tasks. The process followed a structured Design Thinking framework, ensuring alignment with the needs of church leaders, administrators, and members.
The project began with an in-depth research phase, including user interviews, surveys, and workflow analysis to understand the challenges in managing church operations, event planning, and community engagement. Key insights guided the problem definition, focusing on usability, accessibility, and integration with existing church processes.
During the ideation phase, potential solutions were explored to create a seamless and intuitive platform. Wireframes and prototypes were developed, incorporating features such as event scheduling, donation management, member databases, and communication tools. These prototypes underwent rigorous usability testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
The final interface design and development emphasized a clean, accessible, and responsive UI, making it easy for both administrators and church members to navigate. The SaaS platform was implemented with scalable architecture, secure data management, and seamless integrations, ensuring long-term adaptability and effectiveness for church communities.

Developed through a Design Thinking approach, this Mandarin learning app was designed to provide an interactive, engaging, and personalized language learning experience. From research to interface implementation, every stage was informed by user insights to ensure accessibility, effectiveness, and seamless engagement.
The research phase involved user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand learners’ pain points, motivations, and preferred learning methods. Key insights revealed the need for adaptive learning paths and immersive practice to maintain engagement and improve retention.
In the problem definition and ideation phase, key features were conceptualized. Wireframes and prototypes were developed and iteratively refined through usability testing, ensuring an intuitive user flow and engaging interface.
The final UI/UX design focused on visual clarity, gamified progress tracking, and adaptive content delivery, making learning both structured and flexible. The application was developed with scalable technology, cross-platform compatibility, and seamless user experience, ensuring accessibility for diverse learners, from beginners to advanced Mandarin speakers.

UX UI Research & Design for Rent Bike or Car Apps

The development of the Coconut Rent Bike App booking flow followed an iterative, research-driven approach to enhance usability and efficiency.
Initial user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis, identified key pain points such as complex booking processes, unclear pricing structures, and the absence of real-time availability updates. Based on these insights, a streamlined booking system was designed, incorporating location-based search, transparent pricing, and an optimized checkout process.
Through multiple cycles of prototyping and usability testing, significant improvements were made, including simplified date and time selection, enhanced bike comparison features, and the integration of trust indicators such as ratings and reviews.
The final implementation prioritized real-time availability synchronization, secure payment options, and a responsive interface, ensuring a seamless and accessible rental experience. Continuous monitoring and user feedback mechanisms were established to support ongoing refinement and adaptation to evolving user needs.
